Collection from airport was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend, and would be happy to use again. HOWEVER there was confusion over the company name - we booked with Airparks and when we arrived the company had become Park2Travel - we had received no prior warning, and to leave your new vehicle with a company we had no knowledge of was quite a leap of faith. The only thing I could suggest is a uniform for the drivers as scruffy tracksuit bottoms and smelly trainers don't give a very professional image also on return you can also identify straight away who is your driver. Bus left as we were handing key over and over 15 minutes to come back with no return passengers as 8am! Return was spot on. No receipt given when handing key over which is unusual. Straightforward drop off at car park which was well signed. Mini bus was waiting to take us to the airport. A 2 minute drive away by a friendly driver. Bus was waiting on return as they track the flight live. Easy return, walked straight into office, key was waiting and location of car given with well signed car park. Will definitely use again.
