What should I do when I arrive?
When you get to the Purple Parking Business site park outside the reception and check in, you'll need to hand over your keys and one of the Purple Parking drivers will find a space for your car while you head to the airport.

When you're ready to head to Heathrow there are free transfer buses running to all terminals on demand; they take around 10 minutes to reach the terminal; the transfer buses run on demand from 04:00AM until the last flight arrives.
Top Tip: Skis and snowboards can be taken on the transfer buses but not bikes.
What about when it's time to leave?
When you return from your trip call the car park (the number will be in your booking confirmation) so they can get your car ready and send the transfer bus to collect you. When you get to the car park collect your keys from reception, jump in and off you go! Nice and easy.

This happened twice at the airport and when we got back to car park. The vehicle also stalled and difficult to start at traffic lights. Needs a thorough service and repairs.
