What should I do when I arrive?
Drivefly will give you call 20-30 minutes before you're arranged arrival to confirm your drop off time; if you don't receive a phone call you can call the park on 0754 500 4379. Drive directly to the Short Stay car park for your terminal where you'll be greeted by one of Drivefly's dedicated and professional chauffeurs who will take your keys and give you a number to call when you get back.
How do I get to Heathrow Airport?
The joy of a Meet & Greet service is that you don't have to worry about transfers at all, you are already just a short stroll from the terminal.
What about when it's time to leave?
When you get back from your trip just give Drivefly a call on the number your driver gave you and head back to where you dropped your car off, you'll see the black and white off-airport Meet & Greet signs and your car will be ready for you to jump in and head home.
How safe is my car?
Your car will be moved to Drivefly's secure, off-airport car park. Below you can find the security features at the car park:

I parked the car where indicated in the Short Stay and waited by it. The instructions said "You'll be approached by someone wearing a Drivefly uniform" (or equivalent words). We waited minds. Nothing. We approached a desk (not indicated as Drivefly's). A man there was polite but seemed amused we had not come to him straightaway. I think your instructions need redrafting!
