What should I do when I arrive?
When you get to the Business Park & Ride car park just park in the drop zone and head to reception. Confirm your booking reference (it's in the confirmation email we'll send you), your flight details and drop your keys off so one of the professional drivers can park your car for you.
How do I get to Heathrow Airport?
The reception office at the Business Park & Ride will call a free transfer bus for you which will have you to Terminal 5 in 5-10 minutes.
Top Tips:You can get to the other terminals from Terminal 5 via either a free train or a free bus each of which should take around 20 minutes.

When you get back from your trip follow the signs for the 5th floor of the multi-storey car park where a free bus will be waiting to take you back to the car park; collect your keys from reception and you can jump in your car and head home.

The only problem we had was on arrival at Heathrow we couldn’t find the car park - when we called to ask for further directions we were told the car park had moved !
