Much better lanes for pedestrians walking back to cars at one point at the side of multistorey car park the pedestrian walkway disappeared. Terminal Surface Edinburgh Airport Was easy to park the car away from the terminal but having 2 toddlers and a baby in tow and parking at 3am in freezing conditions it would have been more practical to be closer to the terminal. My blind brother who is parked withinm of the terminal but my baby of 5months had to endure the freezing cold...parent and child parking??...I couldn't find any and if there is it would surely be more practical to allocate these spaces to those with young children aka those under 3!!! Having prepaid my parking I was told I had to pay £160 upon leaving the barrier much to my shock. Customer service quickly resolved this at the press of a button. Miss Mckenzie 08 Jan, 2017

Terminal Surface Edinburgh Airport It was great to park so close to the terminal, however the supposedly heavily discounted price of £36 for 6 days did not seem so generous when we tried to pay the excess after arriving hours late, our flight having been cancelled, and found that the standard price was only £42 for the full 7 days, according to the ticketing machine. Have to press button, quote booking ref and hold up all the traffic. Just let the ticket do what it is supposed to do and then i would recommend% but not until this same problem is fixed.
