I had to drive around for a few minutes to find a parking space, but once I parked my car it was a very short walk to the bus stop. The bus arrived within a few minutes. We were given clear instructions and when we parked we only had a couple of minutes to wait before the bus picked us up. Big well done to a great service. Where I think you can get better is 1. Indicating where spaces are available rather than driving up and down various avenues. 2. Having to wait for the bus was a trial but no one could expect the bus to be there immediately. Who designs these questionnaires? We arrived a little earlier than we'd anticipated and thought there might be an extra charge but we got in straight away with no additional cost. The bus driver had seen us come in and park and brought the bus right to our car which was very welcome as it was very early in the morning and freezing cold. Secure Airparks Drop & Go Edinburgh Airport The car parking part of the service is as good as ever but the stop at the airport is now far too far away from the terminal entrance to safely carry heavy luggage to - even for fit people and impossible for the elderly or infirm. On return the bus bypassed the car park to go to the Holiday Inn first wasting the time of all your car park customers. Time is clearly of the essence for those with a long drive ahead [particularly to avoid rush hour congestion] but is not for those spending the rest of the day in a hotel!
