NCP Scotpark Edinburgh Airport We regularly book our airport parking through Airparks and have usually had no problems. However, the last two times we booked the parking offices had no record of our booking. We book through Holiday Extras and I had a record of bookings on my phone and was able to sort it out but not after a bit of discussion. The last time the barrier wouldn't open for us and we were told we owed over £190 although payment was made months before. Not a good experience. Mrs Mcbride 31 May, 2022

It would not then go into gear and despite phoning the local Mercedes Garage (who were a complete waste of time) it would not go into gear. A chap Dave from Glasgow turned up at the site and he came along and helped and we got the car into gear and we managed to get home fine.The car is okay as it just need to restart the engine. Booking process was straight forward. The bus took 5 min to drop to the airport stop, then its 5 min walk to the terminal building. NCP Scotpark Edinburgh Airport As a returning customer I found the process very easy. Shuttle bus was waiting as soon as I parked car and I was dropped off at Airport less than 10 minutes later. On return, shuttle bus arrived at designated stop within 2 minutes of my arrival. Only 4 passengers were on bus but driver did not wait any length of time and got me back to car park very quickly. We were soaked after waiting over half an hour for the bus to arrive due to the RHS traffic. On return long wait to have ticket validated as due to technical issue attendant had to search paper record. Difficult to exit car park due to inconsiderate parking by others.
