Car Park 2 Bournemouth Airport barrier did not rise automatically upon arrival. Ended up with big queue behind me as I was unable to get help through the intercom. When I was leaving, again, your machine did not recognise my number plate, and when I put the token in, it requested £232 payment. Car Park 2 Bournemouth Airport Unfortunately we had to cancel the day prior to our departure. The good news was we had taken out your insurance for £1.67. ? We booked in March and were set to go in mid May but my wife's mother became ill and was hospitalised the week before. Cancelling the day before was not a problem for you , which we appreciate very much and the money was refunded very promptly within 5 days. No one can complain about that. It does not know the difference between '00' (Nought nought) and 'OO'(The letters 'OO') Even after I book, I still get frequent offers to make a booking. The system needs updating. Car park was quite full and it would help immensely if the various car lot areas within were numbered in some way - when you park in the dark as we did, it's hard to recognise where you parked your car on your return!!
