What a last few weeks it has been. If you've been at the brunt of the volcano chaos, it's either been very tough or a big disappointment for the thousands with cancelled trips. At Airparks, there's been many things out of our control during the crisis, so it's been our job to make everything that's in our control as easy and as hassle-free as possible.

So, in short, here's what we've been doing for our customers that has made them extremely happy...

  • No extra days' parking charges for stranded customers - we've helped 7,000 people
  • FREE booking transfers for those whose arrangements were cancelled
  • Regular volcano website updates to help stranded customers and those who were unsure about procedures during the crisis
