What should I do when I arrive?
All you need to do is drive directly to Stansted Airport and you'll find the Meet & Greet car park immediately opposite the terminal entrance. Park at the drop off point and take your keys to the reception desk; a professional driver will park your car for you while you are free to just head into the terminal.
How do I get to Stansted Airport?
One of the joys of Meet & Greet services; you are already at the airport, no need to fuss with transfer timetables! Just stroll to check-in and get your holiday started in style.
What about when it's time to leave?
When you return from your trip you can just walk back to the Meet & Greet car park just outside the terminal, collect your keys and your car will be ready and waiting for you to jump in and head home.

You pull up outside the reception which is about 50 meters away, drop your keys off, get a card for your return and the terminal entrance is about 30 meters away. Meet and Greet Plus Stansted Airport The booking process was very straightforward and efficient. We booked Meet & Greet Plus at Stansted and were delighted with the Fast Track through security as well as being able to park close to the Terminal. However, on our return, although our car was again very close to the Meet & Greet Office, there was one car in front blocking our speedy departure. We had to wait almost half an hour for the key to that car to be found. It was not found and therefore they had to locate keys to two cars on an adjoining lane to enable us to depart. The staff onsite in the car park were not very helpful and spoke little English. Not a problem picking up the car at the end of our holiday however we did notice that our car radio had been re tuned to another channel which to be fair is not very professional and should not have been done. It was interesting to listen to the complaints of another customer who was not at all pleased with the fact that his car that was left in your care had a flat tyre, seats had been moved and there were extra mileage on his car!! this somehow made us think that twice about leaving our car here in future! May I suggest that the company review where they park the cars or offer a cleaning service prior to pick up. My barcode wouldn't scan, then the person I spoke to on the phone wasn't very helpful as they couldn't find my booking! It was a bit of a nightmare. I only have 2 things that would of made it even better, baring in mind the over all experience was good as I scored 8. Firstly I think there could be more trolleys around the carpark as we had to lug 3 suitcases quite far to find one. And my second thing is when we came out of departures, there was not one sign for the carpark. It was 4am in the morning, I didn't know how to find the carpark. Meet and Greet Plus Stansted Airport The plus service simply was not worth the money, albeit it was not much more expensive. We queued for over 10 minutes, just to get into the car park. Once in, we were poorly directed to an operative, who was clearly under pressure. Once there, he took 10 minutes to find our paperwork. It was cold and raining and we were left standing there, no apology. It was quite simply, a poor service. Eventually, we were processed and we managed to get away. On our return, the queue to receive our car took 20 minutes to finally get our keys back. Meet and Greet Stansted Airport As my husband needs assistance I tell the Airparks staff and the allow us to park our car as near as possible to office it's then taken and parked for us so no hassle walking .on our way back to pick car up we had a terrible exit from flight as only 2 assistance to take us to by wheelchair to get car we were left at baddage to get my husband to pick up car when we got to car office the staff went out and brought our car to the office door again so well done to then very efficient very helpful and cheeree thank u to all Airparks who helped us . Meet and Greet Plus Stansted Airport The service is excellent, however I do believe my car was used privately whilst I was away, for two reasons: One of the back seat headrests was left up, which I never use and the petrol was very low on picking up the car and had to go to nearest petrol station. My enthusiasm was somewhat dimmed when a couple of days later I went to a box I keep coins in for car parking. When I left it had upward of £20 in it, I found it with only 2 euro coins remaining. I realise that it's my responsibility for having left the money there but it was not visible and was tucked away in a box in the armrest. Meet and Greet Stansted Airport We really enjoy Meet and Greet parking, and we have used this service 4 times in the last 6 months, and it would be good to get some frequent user extra discount if possible . we are planning to use it again in June.
