Premier Inn Stansted Airport Facilities very good. Restaurant staff very good as was the food. Receptionist was not very cheerful or that helpful. However it may have been a long day for her. Bhowever first impressions do count. Mrs Dann 24 Sep, 2017

Premier Inn Stansted Airport The Premier inn was as good as usual, staff polite, facilities as expected. However, it took me ages to locate the hotel. My SatNav kept taking me into the area but the signage is appalling. It took me 45 minutes and an exasperated phone call to the hotel to find it! Mrs Dorling 22 Sep, 2017

Premier Inn Stansted Airport I was an absolute disaster. I had booked well ahead and had agreed to leave my car at approx. 4.00 p.m. on Sunday, 3rd September and collect @ 1.00 p.m on the 11th ( I received an email confirmation ). When I arrived at the automated barrier, I had to press the button as nothing happened. A voice then told us that I wasn't booked in until the next morning, I had to argue about this and then they let me in. On the 11th we picked up the car at 12.45 p.m on the 11th and was then was asked to pay £184.00 and then had to argue again that we didn't owe anything as we had only stayed within the limits of my booking and had pre-paid. Premier Inn Stansted Airport The hotel stay was great room lovely and good value for money. I was happy with the service and staff the only issue we had was the shuttle bus was over packed with people driver armed people in kids having to stand that couldn't safely hold on. People could'nt put cases in rack because they were full. It didn't feel safe and had there been an accident I dread to think what would've happened. Everything else about the car park was good. Premier Inn Stansted Airport I booked Premier inn at Stansted with Long Stay parking, which included the night we arrived at the hotel. However, much to my annoyance I was then made to pay a further £8 to park at the hotel for the night or if I parked at the Longstay I would have had to pay for the coach. This wasn't made clear to me and I should have been given the opportunity to state that I would arrive at the Long Stay the following morning saving myself one days parking. I was quite disappointed with this.
Other than that everything ran smoothly.
