Novotel Stansted Airport ASKED FOR A EARLY MORNING CALL WHICH WAS LOGGED BY STAFF, NEVER GOT THE CALL AS THEY SAID THEIR SYSTEM WENT DOWN,BUT THE WAY THE GUY JUST SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS WITH HIS DIDN'T GIVE A TOSS ATTITUDE JUST SAID IT ALL. I ASKED WHY A MANUAL CALL OR A DOOR KNOCK WAS NOT DONE AND AGAIN HE JUST SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS AND SAID IF YOUR LATE FOR YOUR FLIGHT I CAN CALL YOU A TAXI AND JUST DISMISSED THE SITUATION AND CARRIED ON REGARDLESS. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE HOTELS ATTITUDE WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. Mr Jeffery 20 Nov, 2017

Novotel Stansted Airport The car park was ok, very full when we arrived.
The hotel was terrible. Rooms smelt damp and the bed was dreadful! A very bad hotel.
