Days Inn Stansted Airport booking in at the hotel simple, car park seemed a long way out, but easy to get in. when picking car up our bus driver was very quick in announcing zones so be ready as we missed ours & had to get off at next one and walk back, just a good job it wasn't raining! Days Inn Stansted Airport When we got to our groundfloor end room we were dismayed at a constant humming/dronning noise coming from a nearby outside generator. Receptionist came to investigate and was surprised as she had not heard it before. She then offered us a choice of other rooms and we settled for one on the first floor a bit further away from the source of the noise although still apparent. We had an early.30 start so wanted a good 6 - 7hrs sleep which we managed on and off. Could not believe that shortly after our alarm went off the dronning sound suddenly stopped and all was peacefully quiet. Not sure if this was just a one off disturbance but if not then it needs to be investigated and remedied if possible. Would use again but would need to check this was not to be a problem again. Receptionist was most helpful and thankfully she found us an alternative room otherwise we could not have stayed. Mr Stubbs 11 Apr, 2017

Days Inn Stansted Airport nice clean room, airport less than 5 mins away. Everything went smoothly from arrival, to parking at airport and then shuttle to terminal. Hassle free and got on plane feeling refreshed after good nights sleep & no hassle of worrying about getting there on time due to traffic. Mrs Evans 23 Jun, 2016
