Down side is we were asked to call as we got off the plane at Southampton airport which we did and told the meet & greet man , when we got to the car he gave us our ticket and said we would be charged at the exit barrier £4.00 because he had to wait longer than minutes , l suggest you change this at Southampton , to call after passport control because that was what delayed us , and £4.00 for minutes is a joke , and was not happy at all about this extra charge Mr Cobb 06 Sep, 2017

However,my car was obviously parked in a muddy area as the bottom half of the car was covered in mud streaks and the drivers floor mat was covered in mud. Executive Meet and Greet Southampton Airport Best part - the staff were friendly and Not having to find parking. However, we had to wait for quite some time before our driver met us at the airport, becasue no one picked up the phone for ages. We rang times before someone finally did. The reason they said was that they don't open until 4...however it was nearly 4:15 before they answered. They then told us we would have to pay extra becasue we'd been sat in the meet and greet carpark for minutes. We politely but didn't told them that we did not expect to receive a bill as no one picked up. Secondly, they didn't have our car ready on return. They sent a minibus for us to take us back to their car park....and then realised we'd paid for the meet and greet service. So we had to wait again until another driver came with our car. Finally - they don't tell you you'll need another £1 to get out. And if you don't have money on you - that's a problem. I think this should be included in the cost. Mr Downward 26 Jun, 2017

Meet and Greet at Short Stay Southampton Airport The understanding driver who didn't make a fuss when I practically threw my keys at him and ran, as I was late and almost missed my flight. I checked in with 60 seconds to spare so any drama on his part would have scuppered me, but he just got my signature and let me dash off. Slight delay on return, but as I was advised (very apologetically) that it would be 20 minutes I was able to go get a coffee and come back and it the driver was exactly 20 minutes before delivering my car back, again with no fuss.
