Novotel Newcastle Airport Met at Novotel by Pierre. He was very helpful and friendly. Initially we were given the wrong room, but this was quickly sorted out by Pierre. A flight change ment we would be leaving hotel at 12.45 am, but we had our room at 1.30 pm so this was fine. Car parking, Alarm call, taxi transfers were all sorted out by Pierre, who I must single out as very helpful throughout our short visit. will definitely return here, lovely place, lovely staff, lovely executive room. Not really a downside, but on return from our Ibiza holiday, taxi driver was fine, but we didn't have any documents for this trip back to Novotel, but he happily took us there without charge, as I had said this was pre booked.
