Radisson Blu Manchester Airport We booked the hotel so we would be rested before a long flight to Australia. The hotel was both convenient and comfortable, the staff were without exception, pleasant and helpful and dinner and breakfast were plentiful , well cooked and tasty. Radisson Blu Manchester Airport Booked the meet and greet at Manchester after a brilliant experience at Gatwick 3 years previously, but sadly this was anything but meet and greet. Pulling up at the hotel we had to hurriedly unloaded our bags, check in then dash out again to find the 'meet and greet' car park, then walk for 10 minutes back to the hotel, definitely a waste of money.
Meet and greet should be just that; pull up at the hotel, unload, hand your keys over, wave bye bye to the car until returning. On the upside...Radisson was a lovely hotel, and ideally situated for T2 just a couple of minutes stroll along the glass walkway.

Radisson Blu Manchester Airport No problem with the hotel, it was very nice and ideally situated for our flight. On check-in we were asked if we would like an alarm call and requested a call at 2am. I accordingly signed to confirm this.
I was travelling with my sister, visiting from Australia, we were to catch a 5.20am flight to meet our cruise ship.
Fortunately, she set her phone alarm as the hotel call didn't materialise.
We were very unhappy as we could easily have missed our cruise but the receptionist seemed quite unconcerned when we complained on check-out. In fact, we received only a cursory apology, she didn't even glance up from her computer screen but merely said 'it wasn't registered', almost as if it was our mistake.

Radisson Blu Manchester Airport It would be helpful to be able to leave the car on the morning of the flight rather than the evening before so that heavy bags can be left overnight. The signposting on return was not clear. Mr Youdale 01 Mar, 2016
