Premier Inn North Manchester Airport No, I was surprised that i was charged £10 for parking overnight
The bar and lounge area was very cold: The phone in my room did not work and I had to walk down twice to ask Reception to reset the heating as our room heating was defective
Directions to Long Stay T1/T3 were wildly incorrect and helped us to get lost en route..overall very disappointed

Premier Inn North Manchester Airport The hotel was fine. The parking service was very poor. Advertise every mins but we waited mins outbound. And there was only 1 bus running on inbound the queue was huge and we ended up walking back with cases and a 6 year old. Premier Inn North Manchester Airport Yes, everything was as described. The only disappointing thing relates to having to pay an additional £10 to actually park your car at the actual hotel overnight. Premier Inn North Manchester Airport Price stated all inclusive when first booked, then on arrival hit with another £5 for premier in. Parking!!! Then following morning arrived at the Long stay 3 car park at Manchester to be told that my ticket wasn't valid until following day..... I then received a token from the machine and told to sort out on my return. Of which I was given a £122 bill. Anothermins at the gate to sort this mess out! NOT SMOOTH, EXTRA CHARGES IN CURRED. Premier Inn North Manchester Airport Finding a space was a little difficult as so many bays were restricted by works that had not seemed to have moved on in the two weeks that we were away! Otherwise everything worked as it should have done even if we were a little confused as to which bus we should take on the way back since, to an infrequent user, I was confused between your bus and the Jet Park buses! Had cause to find a hotel for the night of XXXXXXX and succumbing to Lenny
Henry's promise of a good? nights? sleep, I made a reservation with your
"Manchester airport hotel".
Upon arrival, we were welcomed by an efficient but disinterested man.
In the morning, both my husband and I complained to each other of back-ache and
looking at the mattress, we could see why. It looked like a roller coaster ride.
Soon after, my husband went outside to the car and upon his return, he could not
get in the room. Unknowingly, he had not taken the key-card from the inside wall
unit and therefore the door continued to be locked from the outside.
He went back downstairs to reception to explain the problem. He was met by the
same man who had checked us in and in the lift back up, my husband told the man
of our back-ache. His reply was, " They are all new mattresses on your floor and
perhaps it has not been run-in yet" !!!!
He let my husband back into the bedroom with no apologies and no wish to exam
the mattress.
We left after breakfast and had no spare time to take the matter further.
As stated above, we did NOT have a "best" nights sleep and therefore I am
looking for at least a full refund of the charge for the room and in addition,
compensation for the flippant remark/answer by your male member of staff.
At the moment, I could not recommend your company to anyone, so do not
contemplate offering a free nights stay in the future as compensation

Premier Inn North Manchester Airport There is a delay every time I attempt to leave a car park having pre paid with yourselves where I have to explain to the person on the end of the intercom that I don't owe money for my parking. Air park form was confusing as it should state what time will you book into the car park as we put the time we would arrive at Premier Inn. Premier Inn North Manchester Airport Very easy to use much less complex than I thought it'd be. We were flying from terminal 2, so the bus drops you off at either 1 or 3, a short walk ( or bus) from there to 2 and done. On return we just had to ask a bus driver to send a bus down to us and would take us back. 5m wait and bus came. Superb service Mr Polwarth 17 Oct, 2015
