What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to the car park and head to one of the numbered arrivals lanes to park up. Get your luggage and walk to the check-in building where you can use the machine to check-in your car. You'll be issued a key tag and a ticket, attach your keys to the ticket and drop them in the blue box that matches your arrival lane number. Airparks will park your car so there's no need for you to worry about hunting for a parking space

How do I get to Luton Airport?

There is a free transfer bus that runs from the car park to Luton Airport every 20 minutes between 04:00AM and 23:20PM. Outside of these times the bus run on request.

What about when it's time to leave?

Once you are back in the UK you can catch the free bus back to Airparks; the bus will pick you up from bay M right outside the terminal. When you get back to the car park head to the check-out building and follow the instructions on the machine which will return your keys and display a map showing you the location of your car in the car park. Once you're back in your car just drive to the exit barrier and head home!
