Butterfly Meet and Greet London-city Airport It was't the best experience. For the price we paid we had expected our flight to be tracked so the car would be waiting for us. We had to wait 10 minutes in arrivals and then got a call to say the car was waiting for us in the car park. We went straight out and then had another 5 minutes to wait for the car to arrive.
