Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport Arrived at hotel to find that there was no booking for us and they had never heard of you.
The hotel was the Crown Plaza, so hardly a small operation

Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport Hotel was fine. Car park didn't let us in when we got there as stated in the email and told us we hadn't payed on the way out so we had to find documentation to prove we had. Mr Unwin 04 Sep, 2016

Crowne Plaza Liverpool Airport Parking convenient and easy for the hotel. Reception booked us into the restaurant for our evening meal and we found our room to be more than adequate with some nice touches. However, on entering the restaurant we found we had not been booked in. The restaurant was extremely busy and there was also two wedding receptions taking place, we were told we could wait or have our meal in the bar from the same menu. The bar was ok for us but we then waited over an hour for our food resulting in my husband asking the very nice bar staff if they had any crisps/nuts we could purchase which they did not, they did give us some pretzels free of charge which were most welcome. The only other problem we encountered was with the pre booked taxi which was supposed to be part of our package. However, on reaching the airport we were asked to pay for this. We advised the taxi driver that we had been told we only had to pay him the £2 for the car park drop off but we were still made to pay for the journey as well. On our return we rang the hotel reception as advised to do so for our return taxi. However, we could not get through to the number provided for nearly 35 minutes. This time we weren't made to pay and to be fair reception refunded our first journey when asked to do so. Mrs Langley 03 Oct, 2015
