Britannia Leeds Airport Car park was severely overcrowded. Cars were parked all along the grass verges, there wasn't a single parking space when we arrived. It's a safety risk, a fire engine couldn't gain access if there was an emergency. Miss Hutchinson 24 Jun, 2017

Britannia Leeds Airport Car parking was in an excellent spot although it was quite difficult to find the hotel. Your map needs to be a little more
clear. The hotel was satisfacory and so was the room. Trolleys were available to move the cases from reception to the room and back again. The only downside was the pillows. I have never slept on such hard pillows and whilst I know some people like them I would have preferred a choice including a softer one.

Britannia Leeds Airport Everything was spot on. Taxi pick up from hotel on time. Only prob was pick up on return from holiday. I was told the 'fast lane' for the taxi did not apply when using the Britannia hotel and I had to queue with everyone else. However, the taxi was waiting as soon as I had 'checked in'.
