Check in was perfect , car Pick Up less so as no one informed us about validating a Barrier Exit Ticket when they handed over the car keys which meant we could not exit and had to return to the Hotel to get the Barrier Exit Ticket Mr Jagger 15 Aug, 2017

Sofitel Heathrow Airport Stress free start to family holiday. Car parked and checked in within minutes. Quad room suited 2 adults and 2 teens. Dined at hotel. Service prompt and not too formal for children. Breakfast enjoyed by all. Each having selected different items from extensive breakfast buffet. Staff helpful and we would book this hotel again.
