Sheraton Heathrow Hotel Heathrow Airport We booked hotel and airport parking, hotel was fine but service in the restaurant was poor, when booking our car in at the airport the reception desk did not have the necessary paperwork and upon return we waited for almost an hour for the car to be delivered back to us. Parking was originally meant to have been with Purple Parking with whom we have not had these problems. Mr Cox 27 Nov, 2017
