Mercure London Heathrow Heathrow Airport The package was great thanks, but the Mercure hotel was terrible and I cannot fathom how it got 4 stars. The heater in the bathroom was broken and tied with tape, there was dirt round the taps, shower and various other places in the bathroom. I booked an 'executive room' which apparently provided soft drinks. Nothing. I phoned reception about it and over half an hour later someone came to the room with two cans of fanta. No choice. I asked if I could have bottled sparkling water instead. Another 3/4 an hour later someone came with two bottles of still water....It was hardly an 'executive' experience! Mrs Metcalfe 22 Feb, 2022

Mercure London Heathrow Heathrow Airport When we arrived at the mercury, there was no parking available, all spaces were full! I had to park on a residential street and get up early the next morning to move my car back into the car park once a space became available. Mercure London Heathrow Heathrow Airport Chose hotel as hopper served terminal 5 direct. We are elderly and this was great. However the hopper does not now go there.
