Premier Inn Heathrow Airport There needs to be some sort of traffic management at the pick up/drop off points. They are very crowded with trolleys, people and cars stopping where ever they want. Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. The Hotel arrangement was perfect, but the main issue to me was the instructions as to where to leave the car was inaccurate. I was flying from Heathrow Terminal 2 and was instructed to leave the car in Level 2 Row B of the shortstay carpark. There was no representative for "meet and greet" anywhere on level 2 and I believed that I was in the wrong place. As I was unable to get back to level 4 without exiting the car park, it cost me money to get out and start again. I did this and followed the written instructions provide, "to the letter", only to find myself in the same place. After paying for a second time, I decided to investigate level 4 and that is where I found the meet and greet team. I would recommend you update your instructions to represent a more accurate location where the meet and greet staff are located. i.e. level 4 and not level 2. I would also appreciate you refunding my £7.60 to exit the car park twice in order to locate the drop-off location. Mr Kingsbury 19 Sep, 2017

Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Hotel had no record of our booking. Had to call Airparks from reception to resolve issue.
Car was damaged when brought back by Drivefly and they refuse to acknowledge this.
First and last time I will use Airparks.
