Crowne Plaza When we booked buses went from hotel to terminal 4. This changed making it more complicated to get from hotel to T4. 2 buses or the shuttle and a bus is not want you want after a long flight. Apart from that all good. Sheraton Heathrow Hotel We booked hotel and airport parking, hotel was fine but service in the restaurant was poor, when booking our car in at the airport the reception desk did not have the necessary paperwork and upon return we waited for almost an hour for the car to be delivered back to us. easyHotel Arrived to the front door to somebody smoking cannabis and I've never smelt it so strong in my life, could still smell it from the room. One of the members of staff was actually at the front door having a laugh and a joke with the bloke as well so instantly felt this place is about as professional as a rehabilitation hostel. Icing on the cake was when we returned to Hilton T4 to<br /> Collect our car after a 18 hour flight we asked if we could pay for a shower and they allowed us access to free shower plus towels shampoo and soap and hairdryer. Check-in fast, receptionist friendly and service from one waiter in Sports Bar/Restaurant was very good. Otherwise this hotel was pretty poor..unimpressed by breakfast and the service was bad, horrible coffee when it did arrive, staff insisted guests could not use the machine themselves. Large wedding party at night so real restauarant/pool bar area out of bounds, choice to eat was therefor hugely overpriced curry or sports bar.....with noisy kids running everywhere. Sports Bar: Poor food,noisey to painful with sports playing, overheated, and overpriced. Ditto room, with poor aircon, and unable to block light from corridor etc.,...not good value, not pleasant.Parking included in package, but only one tight place available when we arrived due to wedding. Hilton T5 The directions were a little confusing regarding the Hoppa bus.On the return leg we landed at a different terminal than departure and struggled to work out where to catch the bus back to the hotel where our car was parked. Heathrow Windsor Marriott Hotel The bus service was horrific, I ended up having to spend a lot of money on a taxi so that I didnt miss my flight. I waited in the foyer with another lady for well over an hour and two buses never bothered turning up. Park Inn The hotel was good although there was long queues to check in when we arrived and only 3 people on the front desk. The biggest issue we had was on our return into Heathrow, we waited 55 minutes for the hotel hoppa to bring us back to our vehicle. Mercure When we arrived at the mercury, there was no parking available, all spaces were full! I had to park on a residential street and get up early the next morning to move my car back into the car park once a space became available. Holiday Inn T5 Arrived and were given a double room when I'd booked for 3 people. They did change us straight away. Premier Inn There needs to be some sort of traffic management at the pick up/drop off points. They are very crowded with trolleys, people and cars stopping where ever they want. Crowne Plaza When checking into the hotel we asked for an early morning call which was duly noted by lady on reception. We did not receive a call and mentioned this to reception on leaving the hotel. They apologised for this. By the bed was a card promising the cost of the room would be refunded if an early call was 5 minutes late in being received (we didn't get a call)! Sheraton Skyline I booked via you for a Hotel stay and the Hoppa bus from Hotel to Heathrow T3 and return. When I arrived back at Heathrow, I looked at the voucher you provided, and it told me to go to bus stop 12 or 13. I waited for hours. In the end I found out that the bus stop had changed - you did not bother to tell me it had changed. I know your first reaction will be to blame bus provider, but if they change their bus stops, I expect you to tell me, not leave me waiting at the wrong bus stop. Hilton T4 The one thing that did not go smoothly was that the barrier at the car park gate did not go up despite our having had our ticket processed at the Hilton before we left. Renaissance Couldn't have been better. Arrived at car park, into reception, booking confirmed,, no problem. Room was large and clean and quiet. Heathrow Hoppa right outside in the morning to take us to the airport. Return journey just as easy. Barrier ticket exchanged at reception, homeward bound. Sheraton Skyline we booked a room to share with our children it had two queen size beds , really happy with the room , good size and comfortable. The staff were really pleasant and helpful .
