Airparks Meet and Greet Gatwick Airport pretty hassle free - easy drop off and pick up might want to make directions a bit clearer as kept missing the immediate turn off as came around corner at N terminal at Gatwick also directions say to phone 15 mins before arrival but there you just get a message and then guess which option to choose. it didn't appear necessary to call anyway according to the person i eventually spoke to. Brief call made to confirm our arrival. Extra fee was worth it as it saved having to take the bus from remote location and dragging the luggage and family across car parks and the airport. I dislike the fact that you parked the car in a field. I have a Tesla and I am able to see where it is parked on the App. I expect secure parking from an approved supplier. It was the early hours of the morning when we collected our car so didn't notice until the next morning the dusty boot prints and scuffs on the door sills on all four doors / seats. There had clearly been 4 people in the car at one time. I had valeted the car before my holiday so know they weren't there when I dropped it off. The driver had also changed the radio station and heating and the warning light came on to tell me one of the rear seats wasn't secured. It made me question if my car had been used to transport something that required the seat down and why would 4 people need to be in the car at the same time? He rang me back with the AA phone number and made me feel relaxed, despite the long delay in reaching Gatwick. Excellent phone manner, good communication, prompt efficient service when I finally arrived at Gatwick 2.5 hrs later than planned, good drop off spot right outside my Premier Inn hotel at Gatwick North, and cheerful good service throughout. Offered me the choice of female driver if required due to the fact it was late and dark - I did not require this but thought it was considerate and thoughtful. I have used Airparks before and they have always provided a fantastic service. This time we were delayed by two hours and diverted to Gatwick South Terminal rather than the expected North. We called to say we were coming off the M25 and when we arrived at the North terminal the Airpark driver was waiting for us. On our return we called from the baggage hall and when we arrived back at the pickup point the car was there within 3 minutes. After an early start back from our holiday. The staff we friendly and really helpful. The service was great the only issues we had were we called ahead to let you know we were arriving in the next 20 minutes and we had to walk around to find someone when we got there even though you had our car details and the same on our arrival back, we called from just outside baggage claim as per your instructions and we were stood around waiting for 10minutes in the bitter English weather, with our 2 young children. I can't complain about anything; your drivers are polite and punctual and the service is good value. I always use your service when I park at Gatwick which might be three or four times a year. I have, though, a suggestion. It's irritating that despite being a regular customer, I have to enter all my details from scratch every time I book. Could you consider making your website ask for a customer name and postcode first, and from those, ask if you are a returning customer and process the booking in more familiar language perhaps as a regular.
