Purple Parking (LGW) Everything went to plan and we even found a quicker way for us to get there. The parking, staff and bus journey was all very efficient. The one small problem we had was on our return the card we had been given said go to bus stop 6, which we did. When the bus arrived it drove straight past us to bus stops 7 & 8. My husband ran up to the bus and told the driver about out ticket and she said it's always 7 & 8. She said how many are there of you so he said 5, us plus another family waiting at bus stop 6. Long Stay North (LGW) Usually easy but expensive, however this time we had trouble getting in to the parking area even though we had booked months in advance, had to use intercom to speak to person in the office which was not easy as he said he could not hear me. When we came to leave a week later we could not get out and had to reverse up, park and go into the office. Cophall Parking (LGW) Everything was very nice and smoth
My flight was 2 hours late but that wasn’t problem for the i made a call as soon I left the plane. When i went to the bus stop the driver was arriving.
The 1st driver that took us to the airport was very nice and polite the one that brought us to the car park did look that much, but maybe it was just the impression that he gave us.
But apart from that i like.

Maple Manor Meet and Greet North (LGW) The Manor parking service at Gatwick North Terminal was located very close to the terminal. Dropping the car and collecting it were straightforward, although the wait to collect it was slightly longer than anticipated. APH (LGW) I've used purple parking several times the service is good, prompt and 24 hrs. However this time I experienced some confusion on return between two different purple buses which caused me to get on the wrong bus. Long Stay North (LGW) Finding car park no problem. Finding parking no problem.
Waited a long while for bus at 6am then when it came, it was pretty jam packed.
On return in afternoon, bus arrived quickly.
Had problem getting out at barrier. Wanted to charge me so had to go to customer service to sort out problem.

That said, I was disappointed this time in that my ticket failed to allow me out of your parking site and asked me to see the cashier to pay pounds.
