Had to wait for gentleman to arrive and was not sure where. There were many people waiting for taxi’s in the same small area. Felt unsure of the situation. Even when help arrived, I was not sure who they were as any logo was inconspicuous. So please improve on-site/uniform markings. All the helpers were kind and helpful which is the most important. Park and Fly Meet and Greet Edinburgh Airport Have used this service regularly and on a whole it does what it says on the tin. Its normally competitively priced and its very convenient. My only downside this trip was wherever it was taken away and parked it came back covered in bird excrement and I am talking covered, i have had to get it professionally washed and used nearly a full container of screen wash to get it off my windscreen on my homeward journey. This vehicle should never have been bought back to me in this condition and especially without any explanation. Its a shame you thought this was acceptable. Mr Davies 21 Jun, 2018

This was a far more enjoyable experience than previous parking at off-site car parks, waiting up to minutes for a 5/10 minute transfer bus, lugging your cases on and off and the worry of taking your car keys on holiday. When we arrived home a phone call while we were picking up our luggage and my car was waiting for me at the same point I dropped the car off at. As we were arriving at 6:30 there is no distinct guide in how to get to the drop off point as we found to our peril as it took over a half an hour to get to the drop off point, after we arrived at the last roundabout. Needs to be better sign posted. Last thing I know it's not part of your service but after we driven up from Newcastle my windscreen was not in the best shape could be nice if it was cleaned. Park and Fly Meet and Greet Edinburgh Airport Fantastic! My dad was travelling alone to visit me in Germany and as he needs to use a mobility scooter, we booked him the Meet and Greet Service. Unfortunately, due to stress on the roads my dad was very anxious when he arrived at the airport and couldn't find where he was meant to Meet someone to give them his keys. He eventually drove into the multi storey car park and parked in a disability space. He then brought his keys and his parking ticket on holiday to Germany with him. I contacted the Airparks around 11pm to explain the situation and they told me to contact them again in the morning and I should speak with their manager Thomas. I did and within 2hrs of speaking with him, he had completely cleared up our worry of my dads car being parked where it shouldn't have and the cost of the multi storey car park. I would recommend again but my only criticism was their was no clear signs and no obvious employees with suitable uniforms which made the exchange a little confusing so needed to call to ensure we where making the right decision.
