Hilton East-midlands Airport Parking at the Hilton was easy and straight forward we would definitely park here again if we fly from East Midlands.The staff att the Hilton were all excellent!!! And also the taxi drivers that took us to the airport! 😠Mr Cole 04 Nov, 2017

Hilton East-midlands Airport Vehicles used for hotel transfer apparently failed their MOT so bid not collect us from airport. No messages were relayed to us prior to arriving back at the airport. Therefore I had to call hotel and arrange own private transfer in order to collect my car from the hotel. This took nearly two hours, which delayed our journey home and resulted in us having to book a night at the hotel at our expense as it was to late to travel home due to having young children with us. Hilton East-midlands Airport Hotel was excellent. Lovely comfy beds and nice and quiet considering it's so close to the airport. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed swimming in the pool. Mrs Ambrose 29 Jun, 2017

Hilton East-midlands Airport The stay at the hotel and use of the hotel car park whilst we were away was an ideal solution for us. The staff were polite and helpful and the shuttle bus driver even dropped us by our car in the car park on the return journey so we didn't have to carry our bags. An excellent service that we wouldn't hesitate to use again when flying from Eadt Midlands Airport! Mrs Payne 24 Dec, 2016

Hilton East-midlands Airport All staff friendly and helpful, very good service. Only negative was on return journey instructions were not clear as to how to get shuttle back to hotel, so we missed the organised shuttle and had a 20 min delay Miss Pease 18 Oct, 2016

Hilton East-midlands Airport We've stayed at Hilton before and the flight transfers were by dedicated Hilton staff; everything was great. Appears they have contracted this out now and we didn't find it as efficient. They no longer take you right to the departures entrance and the wait for the return journey was considerably longer. All staff we dealt with however were polite and efficient, just the changes to the journey that weren't Mrs Badger 20 Sep, 2016
