Parking at the Clayton hotel Dublin Airport I was parked at the Clayton hotel and was able to park right next to the shuttle bus stop. However when the shuttle bus arrived, the ramp at the door for my wheelchair was not working so I had to get up and struggle onto the bus and the wait for the driver to lift my chair on for me to sit in. On arrival at Dublin airport once again I had to struggle off and wait for my chair. Also the shuttle bus stops at the airport are quite a distance from the terminal and this was a major problem with a wheelchair and luggage to get to guest services inside. Thankfully there are still kind people around who helped me. Air parks assured me that the airport shuttle was wheelchair friendly but did not mention the distance I would still have to cover to get inside the terminal from the shuttle.
