Long Stay Bristol Airport Very easy, straight forward, close to the airport, no having to wait for a bus. Although as it was our first visit, we parked quite a distance away from the airport entrance, so had quite a long walk, although there is the option to send for a bus, so if you have heavy or many cases that would be an option. Alternatively you can drive to the end of the car park and drop off any other passengers with the cases and then look for a parking space. My tip is drive to the end of the car park and then look for a space, so you won't have to walk so far. On the plus side we parked under a tree, so the car was in th shade. Mr Cook 30 Jun, 2022

Long Stay Bristol Airport The car park itself is simply 'ok' as there are a lot of issues with dragging luggage to and from the parked vehicle and some of the signage is a little confusing. The real problem is ignorant people taking three parking spaces by poor/inconsiderate/ignorant parking. We were in a Ford Fiesta so not a large car and we struggled to find a parking space on arrival due to incompetent parking of other guests as well as the number of very large vehicles although a quite a few of the large vehicles were parked better than some of the smaller vehicles. Long Stay Bristol Airport I think that some additional 'instructions' could be provided for guests who have never used the Long Stay parking before. There seems to be a lack of decent signage as to exactly where the Departures terminal is located and how best to get there by foot with your luggage, when parked in the middle zones or further from the terminal. There are bus stops and occasional buses but it was simply 'good luck' that one appeared as we were ready to get to the terminal. There is certainly a lack of decent signage to indicate how best to get back to your car when leaving the 'Arrivals' terminal late at night if you had managed to catch a bus prior to your holiday. Perhaps you could provide some detail with the booking although this is more of an issue for Bristol Airport and perhaps not helped by continuing Covid related restrictions. Mr Symonds 30 Aug, 2021

Take your ticket with you and keep it safe. There is a bus that runs but we walked to terminal. Only 5 min walk from area A&B. A couple of niggles; at Bristol the entry camera frequently doesn't read the number plate on my 4x4, so I always have to visit the office on exit to get my ticket authorised. Also there is a pointless height barrier which is sometimes open and sometimes closed, but at a 3m limit, it sometimes causes me problems with my 4x4 which is fitted with a roof cage and antenna, which I need to remove to get under the height barrier. Prompt access and egress using ANPR and supplied ticket. Bays are on gravel and as such not clearly defined with white lines - some customers parked poorly as a result, taking up two spaces.
