Travelodge We stayed night before we flew out as was a 7am flight we left luggage at hotel then took car to parking lot got bus back but it takes you to airport rather than hotel (defeats point to staying at hotel) anyway driver was nice and dropped us at hotel (thank you) but the bus doesn't pick you up in morning for hotel (which I thought it did) so was left with a 10 min walk or pay more for a taxi. Our room had a massive spider (size of my hand) in it not good. Apart from that room was fine staff where nice. Crowne Plaza When we booked buses went from hotel to terminal 4. This changed making it more complicated to get from hotel to T4. 2 buses or the shuttle and a bus is not want you want after a long flight. Apart from that all good. Cambridge Took an hour to pick us up after calling (supposed to be 10-15 minutes), reception staff rude and unhelpful, room had damage and no working heating for duration of stay (reception staff unhelpful with this as well), staff walked into our room twice with no notice despite door being locked, reception staff called to extend booking on first morning despite repeatedly confirming two-night booking, refused to give any sort of refund when checking out, said they'd be in contact regarding our complaints and have made no contact.Mr Fullen 14 Dec, 2017 (1 out of 5)

Cambridge We used the Airparks service for an early morning flight to Portugal. We stayed in the hotel overnight and used their onsite parking for 5 days whilst away. The service is no frills and you get what you pay for. I was happy with the way things went and that my car was kept on site. There seem to be some issues with being picked up from the airport by another customer we met. Apparently there was a delay and some confusion but if you follow there instructions there should be no problems and we did not encounter any problems. We were picked up within 2o minutes and the drop off went also smoothly. All in all a good basic and cheap way to park and stay overnight.Mr Brown 10 Dec, 2017 (5 out of 5)

Russ Hill VERY dated! When we arrived it was dark and the car park was extremely difficult to navigate to find a space. On arrival the rooms were freezing! Old fashioned heaters that took forever to warm up. On our stay after returning from the holiday was in a different room that was dirty, cracked sink, and just really grubby! Didnt complain at time as didnt arrive until gone midnight and was ready to sleep. Sheraton Heathrow Hotel We booked hotel and airport parking, hotel was fine but service in the restaurant was poor, when booking our car in at the airport the reception desk did not have the necessary paperwork and upon return we waited for almost an hour for the car to be delivered back to us. easyHotel Arrived to the front door to somebody smoking cannabis and I've never smelt it so strong in my life, could still smell it from the room. One of the members of staff was actually at the front door having a laugh and a joke with the bloke as well so instantly felt this place is about as professional as a rehabilitation hostel. Holiday Inn Express with breakfast Everything was fine. The only slight issue is getting to the airport from the hotel in the morning. Officially the Airparks bus does not stop at the Hotel bus stop on the way to the airport. This was not made clear when booking. So passengers are expected to pay for the Aiport bus or walk. This is unacceptable and Airparks should change their policy, in order to provide a full Car park to Airport service (rather than Car park to Hotel service)<br /> As it turned out the driver did stop for us and was very pleasant.Mr Cross 23 Nov, 2017 (5 out of 5)

After a long day, and a long drive I was very disappointed to discover that I had been misled. Although the hotel was indeed a 10min walk from the airport, the carpark was a 30min drive away from the hotel!Then when I drove to the carpark I then had a 20min wait for the bus and a 45 min drive back to the hotel (stopping along the way). At the carpark, my details weren't properly processed and so there was no record of my booking, eventually, I was allowed in and issued a car park ticket. Airport Inn Everything. No heating. When we book we was not told there was no heating. Was given a heater that hadn't been PAT tested. Check-in fast, receptionist friendly and service from one waiter in Sports Bar/Restaurant was very good. Otherwise this hotel was pretty poor..unimpressed by breakfast and the service was bad, horrible coffee when it did arrive, staff insisted guests could not use the machine themselves. Large wedding party at night so real restauarant/pool bar area out of bounds, choice to eat was therefor hugely overpriced curry or sports bar.....with noisy kids running everywhere. Sports Bar: Poor food,noisey to painful with sports playing, overheated, and overpriced. Ditto room, with poor aircon, and unable to block light from corridor etc.,...not good value, not pleasant.Parking included in package, but only one tight place available when we arrived due to wedding. THe parking side of things went very smoothly and we were pleased.<br /> The hotel fell below standard:<br /> despite paying for an upgrade, there were lots of white blobs (TippEx?) onmany areas of the csrpet and on the chair. Normandy Hotel was great, initial transfer to the airport was fine and as described. However on the return trip, there was only one driver and lots of people requiring transport. Heathrow Windsor Marriott Hotel The bus service was horrific, I ended up having to spend a lot of money on a taxi so that I didnt miss my flight. I waited in the foyer with another lady for well over an hour and two buses never bothered turning up. Courtyard by Marriott The whole process from arrival and check-in at the hotel to collection of our vehicle at the end of our holiday was very easy and pleasant.The overall cost was extremely reasonable too. The only hitch we experienced was a 24 hour delay in our return flight (thanks for nothing Air France!), the hotel were extremely good about this. Park Inn The hotel was good although there was long queues to check in when we arrived and only 3 people on the front desk. The biggest issue we had was on our return into Heathrow, we waited 55 minutes for the hotel hoppa to bring us back to our vehicle. Mercure When we arrived at the mercury, there was no parking available, all spaces were full! I had to park on a residential street and get up early the next morning to move my car back into the car park once a space became available.
