  " Great location to Newcastle Airport. Staff very helpful. Quick drop off system and car is parked for you. On arrival back, very quick to respond to phone call and car was waiting for us, just to load up and drive away.

  " Landing at 8:30pm at Newcastle on a dark foggy night this Tuesday it was difficult to find your minibus which was parked some distance from the terminal. The other provider has a pick up point & shelter outside the terminal which is far more convenient & sensible so it needs to be sorted. Apart from that the service was OK. "
