  " very little waiting time from booking in until transfer to airport which is very good.
  unfortunately when we returned and called to be picked up, person had no knowledge of our car or our friends who we were with, and was not expecting any of us! Got bus back, car obviously was there but had not been brought out, was bit of a trek down with cases and car was frozen. In the past our friends state car was waiting and defrosted etc. Only booked here from their recommendation in the first place, they were unhappy after recommending this car park. "
