  " As a regular user of Airparks at Newcastle I was disapointed in the time we sat in the bus waiting for one passenger. When I exited departures the bus was already waiting with 2 passengers on, then after me 5 more people boarded, then we waited 20 minutes for 1 more person. I thought this was rather a long time to wait, when normally I use this service for its efficency. "
