  " Great staff at Newcastle. When in Corfu our land rover app on our phones showed the car was unlocked and door ooen. Telephoned Newcastle and someone immediately attended our car and advised us everything was fine with the vehicle. Great service and a great price we paid for the longstay too.   " My husband is wheelchair bound and we normally get a taxi to/from the airport to Tynemouth where we live. It can be quite a hassle if we can't get an adapted vehicle. A friend suggested we take the car - I wasn't keen, only because I'd never done it before but decided to give it a try. The cost would be the same as a return taxi fare for the week we'd be away. Parking was no problem and the shuttle bus only took a couple of minutes. When we returned, however, it was pitch dark, pouring down with rain and we'd just missed a shuttle bus and had to wait another 10 mins or so. I was a bit stressed trying to get out of the car park but all in all it was a good decision - definitely do it again in the future. "
