  " the pick up driver didn't even recognise our ticket as been from the company he works for,abit of a surprise as there was only eight people to pick up & one was disabled & in a wheel chair who's group of three were left to wait for another mini bus. if as we were told at the drop off point the office has CCTV coverage then why was the correct mini bus not dispatched to collect the passengers "
