  " I have used Newcastle Airparks every time I have flown from that airport, I have flown from other locations and used alternative parking arrangements.
  Air parks suits me best, closeness to terminal, frequency of transfer buses, reasonable cost and (so far!!) the car has never been damaged by other users.
  Would I recommend this service......yes "

  " When booking I mistakenly booked for one week instead of two as the perimeters of my search changed. I realised there area the following day when I recieved the confirmation. This is when I discovered that my reservation was not cancelable and not changeable. This was not made clear at the point of sale. However when speaking to your company I found them to be very helpful and kind. They changed my servation but I still had to pay double. This was disappointing as I had the same space available on a competitors website for £2 more then the one week fare for two weeks. I felt tricked into purchasing my car parking space. Helpful staff but not very good value for money. "
