  " Obviously our driver had a drink and snack in our car...he left his Coffee cup & empty Yorker bar wrapper along with an empty 5 pack chewing gum. Also mud all up the side of the car? Used park & rude before and nor experienced this before? Unfortunately we didn’t check the mileage before leaving the car...I have a feeling it’s been used...no proof though. "

  The only downside were the machines for key return took a lot of pressing on collect key button, might need a bit of adjustment to get them to work properly "

  " Leaving car worked smoothly with minimal waiting times for transfer bus.
  On return to the car park the car had a muddy football and there was a mud smear on the door trim from driver's shoes. Surely a paper mat could have been placed in the floor well and more care taken when getting in and out of the vehicle "
