  " When we returned to pick up the car the ticket said that the car was on row F so I’ve dragged my luggage all the way up and couldn’t find the car. When I returned to the desk to ask where the car is, the guy there was quite arrogant(he was like “ why are you bothering me? Can't you just find your car?) but he pointed out where the car was.
  Over all this was not a bad experience, I’ve been using this service for a few years now and I’m quite happy with it, only on this occasion there was a slight hick up. "
