  " Upon returning, the buses were running regular and the key fob retrieval process was super easy!
  Pretty hectic in the beginning though as i had to put my car and confirmation details in the kiosk and then see a agent as well. This was too much of a hassle and also caused me to miss a bus that had been waiting there for 6 minutes while we tried sorting the key drop off.
  Wish the drop off was as simple as the return. "

  " Everything went smoothly. The bus stop at the car park said a bus would come in an hour which seemed unfortunately long however a bus took us within fifteen minutes, so I was very happy with the service but perhaps the bus time screen could be fixed. "
