  " Easy drop off and straight on to bus. Car was waiting at the other end. Had to wait at terminal coming back for about 20 minutes and bus was then too full which would be my only complaint - I believe some people had to wait for the next bus. "

  " I use Airparks services quite frequently (three times in last 5 weeks) and mostly I am very happy about the service. So far I didn't experience problems with car being damaged or not ready, bus transfer is every 20 minutes and prices are very competitive. The biggest improvement should be done on parking area (probably both, customer collection bays and storage place) as when it is rainy day (and it not rare case) I found floor mats very dirty, also on some bays when picking up car it is very muddy. "

  Though I had to wait for a bus for roughly 20 minutes upon arrival and departure which is what is stated. I just missed the bus both times. So more buses would be a suggestion. "

  " The srevice was good but i returned 1 day late due to my father passing away and although when i phoned to inform them that i would be one day late returning i was told that 24 hours grace would be given i was still charged £15.00 "

  " Drop off and pick up of keys and car was smooth and easy. I didn't know to keep the tag on my keys, but could use my key pickup barcode to get out, so it was okay. I think that could be clearer, though.
  Main weak point was the length of time waiting for a bus to and from the terminal coupled with the length of the journey "
