  " Very efficient service and friendly staff, buses available no waiting. Unfortunately on collection my car was parked in lane F and the area was completely flooded. I ruined a pair of shoes going into my car

  " Straight forward system. Only issue was when returning to the uk we were left to wait for 20 mins in -2 weather conditions with around 50 other people including children when the bus did come it didn’t come to the area it was suppose to park which caused rushing etc but everything else was straight forward and easy. Would use again. "

  " This last car parking experience, the bus drivers were a little less graceful in their cornering or speeding up and slowing down. My first trip a few weeks ago the drivers were very smooth and cared for their passengers comfort. Big difference that makes a difference. "

  " All good, quick process. Hassle free parking. Only pick up service let me down a bit this time. When we get out from terminal the bus was on stance m. We went there quick with bags and two small kids and try to get in but gate was closed. I asked driver to let us in as it was cold and windy but he didn’t, he showed me orange light flashing what indicated buss departure. The bus didn’t departure for next 3-4 minutes and driver could let us in as bus was almost empty. A little bit of good will I think. We were waiting 20 minutes for next bus and felt a little bit disappointed "

  " Speed and ease of check in and key retrieval on return. What I didn'enjoy was 10-12 minutes waiting in wind rain for the bus to arrive at the airport. No shelter but that was the airport's fault. "

  " Prompt transfer but difficult to find the car at pick-up. We collected at night when it was dark and the instruction as to which lane our car was parked in was in very small print and not clearly marked. We were wandering round and eventually had to find someone for help-very frustrating "

  " Smooth running of checking in and collection of car. A very nice lady driver on duty on the 10th Jan at 14:20 who drove us from the airport back to collect our cars. She gave us good clear instructions how to collect and served with a smile. "
