  " It works OK, though the bus could be more frequent - I missed it by seconds both out / in - adding 40 mins to my overall journey time. I don't see the need to scan your ticket as you leave... adds hassle... couldn't find my ticket and held everyone up - embarrassing. Use number plate recognition. "

  " It’s simple and easy with regular buses to the airport. However, on the morning I dropped off my car I was one of 4 drivers which had to park in lane 0. The sign saying to park in a lane was out but that lane was full and we had nowhere to go. I then had a male member of staff shout at me telling me I cant just park anywhere. I told him why we parked there and he continued. Another driver said there’s no point having a go at us, it’s down to poor management. I wasn’t even at the front leading us into lane zero, so I have no idea why the member of staff felt the need to focus on me. Not very good customer service, or a nice start to the holiday. "

  " We did not enjoy our return pickup at all.
  We arrived back to Luton at 10pm last night. When we got to the Airparks bus pick up point there was already a queue of people waiting for the bus. We were crammed on the bus like sardines. People pushing with large cases to make sure they got on the bus. Very uncomfortable. There should have been 2 buses for the number of people waiting.
  Not a pleasant journey at all back to pick our car up. "

  " The personal service at reception works well and the key deposit and return system is effective.
  The return from the airport could be far more efficient and give and have a simple clock with the estimated arrival time for the next bus. this would allow clients to know whether to stand around in the cold and rain or whether to retreat to the shelter of the airport and come out closer to the arrival time of the bus.
  When i collected my car on Wednesday it was in lane K - quite a long way up - it was very dark and not easy to see the ground etc for walking confidently
  On our return to lane c last night - which was much better lit - there was a huge amount of water surrounding the car and it was impossible to get into the car without standing in over 4 cm depth of water.
  I also think you should review your cancellation policy and this seems unnecessarily stringent and will put me off booking early for future use - i will definately only book last minute once i know my final travel plans. "
