  " Everything good except the website instructions for where to go when returning to Luton Airport to catch the bus back to the car park are out of date! Spent 15mins with my family frantically trying to find the bus stop as it isn't clearly labelled. Only the arrival of the bus signalled where it was. Would have been very annoyed if I'd returned late at night in the winter...... "

  " The very friendly and helpful members of staff I met. Immediately and without any blame, one helped me check in, shepherding me without any hint of patronising along the easy and straightforward system.
  On my return, in the cold and dark, I was quickly provided with a replacement checkout number. Again the assistant was very friendly and efficient. I had been dreading the consequences of losing my ticket, (which I found later secure in my passport...) but the process was smooth and rapid.
  It was cold and windy at Luton Airport, and the wait for the next business was out in the open. A covered queueing area would have been better. "

  My car was left in a big puddle when I returned on Sunday, made a mess of my shoes and trousers all wet. This has not happened before. "

  " Despite the mayhem of getting in and out of Luton airport the Airparks bus arrived after about fifteen minutes.
  However the downloadable pdf map (via the "we can get you to the airport with ease" email) is inaccurate and needs to be updated with the new road layout off of Airport Way. I was disappointed to see this has not yet been done after I had the same problem 12 months ago.
  Also, there does not appear to be any information telling the customer that the Airparks bus uses Stand M at the airport.
  As a general aside, I am surprised that there is no cover/shelter at any of the bus/coach stands. It's no fun waiting ten minutes for a bus in the wind and rain which is a distinct possibility in Winter. "

  " Smooth Service, no problems on arrival or return.
  Only improvement I would suggest would be at the collection point at Luton Airport. There needs to be railings for the Queue’s you are in the way of passing foot traffic and it allows people to push in front of you when you have been waiting longer. "

  " I enjoyed the ease of use and the simplicity of the service, however I was quite annoyed at how jam packed the bus was on the way back, there was literally no gap left for anyone to stand and everyone was in eachothers faces, it felt like being in india or somewhere. "

  " Bit of confusion when being picked up when bus arrived the first people on got off saying wrong stop and started going on about mid term long term and short term parking and walked away when I asked the driver he said well there's airparks written on the front of the bus side of bus it must be the right stop and people we talk to said they actually walked away to but change there mind and took a chance as we did as it was 3 o'clock in the morning picking up key was good with the key released when your ticket was scanned would I use your company again yes but not at Luton as baggage reclaim was a joke "

  " The entire service was great.
  I would have prefered to have the option to park the car myself and take my key with me.
  My car was filthy when I returned, beyond what I would call reasonable dirt from parking in a dusty car park. The roof had a massive dirty splat across it and the boot/rear end of the car had a lot of splatter on it.
  I know I didn't want a car cleaning service but it would have been nice to come back to a car that was about equally as clean as it was when I left. "

  " Car park drop off and pickup (especially) were easy & fast. Coach pickup at the airport was delayed by traffic but you can't help that other than by having more coaches (so fixable). My only criticism is the price... 2 days @ £45. I think £30 would be more appropriate. "

  " It was very easy to find and check in went smoothly. Very satisfied with it. However when we arrived back our car key wasn't in the box and so we had to go to reception, where the member of staff told us the car was still parked and he had three people off sick. He was helpful but it was 20 minutes later when we got the car, at 11.30 pm. "

  " Ease of parking and helpfulness of staff when initially arriving. The experience at the park was really good. An area that could be improved is the initial booking - I rang to ask a question and the agent eventually booked it for me , it was later when I discovered that the call had cost me £5 had I known I would have continued to do it online. "

  " Seemed okay, but queues build up quickly if the you don't know how to use the machines (both arrival/drop off and then especially key collection on return).
  Would still prefer to talk and interact with a human, instead of using a piece of unfamiliar technology when jet lagged after a long flight (just like a few people in front of me ... and nearly me too). "

  " In the past I have used your Gatwick site. I was impressed last time I used it as the service was almost seemless. The Luton on not so. The I.T was down and it was chaotic to say the least so I did not enjoy the check in. Also when I got back in was raining hard, I had to tread through standing water to get to my car so was not impressed with that also. Also there was little cover to shelter from the rain for non-drivers but I think that is similar at the Gatwick site. So marking you 7 is being generous, I wish I could lower it now. Price was good however and and bus transfer also quick. Luton airport is a bit of a mess though and there was no cover from the rain while waiting for transfer bus "
