  " The process was quick and easy and the transfer to the airport was also quick.
  However the car was parked too close to another car and I had to climb through the other side in order to get to the drivers side. Additionally it took a long time to get out of the car parking space in zone L as the cars were parked too close together (next to each other and front and back). "

  " quite a good service just I don`t know why my car travel yards in your car park in 6 days till I was abroad.I take the picture of the car millage when I drop the car and when I picked up the car has yards more on the clock. Your car park is not that big. "

  " Easy to find; I used many times; easy check in check out; coming in time always; the only down side we need to change the bus on the car park because some technical issues and the driver not watching the bags going from one side to another. "

  " I liked how easy it was to collect the car at the end. However I was dissapointed at how muddy the car was, alongside a lot of fingermarks inside all over the car on return, especially as I had it cleaned before I arrived to air parks. "

  " Speed at which key can be collected is excellent. It would be much more efficient if each time a bus departs another one arrives so that passengers can load and then the bus would depart on time. This is an issue and needs to be addressed. "

  " Ease and speed of drop off and the quick collection on return from our holiday.
  Possibly more buses or a better waiting area, we did have a bit of a wait for a bus and with not much of a seating area this was uncomfortable as I am pregnant. "

  The guy checking me in was so eager to rush it through that he managed to get the wrong DAY for the return flight - so the car wasn't available when I got back. No big deal in the scheme of things though. "

  " Good service as usual but I never understand the pricing. It cost me more for 10 days than it did for 2 weeks two months ago. Also my ticket on return when scanned revealed my keys were not in a box. So I had to hang around for 20 mins until my keys were found . Not good at half past midnight when you have a 2 hour drive. "
