  " When we arrived at slip end your staff were very good and helpful, but being a P S V driver the bus that you have doesn't have enough room for luggage and my wife and l were standing in the aisle with 2 case's each and before we realized the bus was pulling away, although the driver wasn't driving fast it was difficult to keep our balance as we are OAP's and for the return journey. "

  " Wasn't aware my car would be parked by someone else at the Slip End site. Helpful staff when I was processing my car at arrival. On return my car was covered in grass cuttings/ detris when collected. Buses where better than I thought and the journey was quick. Stansted Airport Mid stay is £20 cheaper and you parked your car where you want. "

  " Was a quick and efficient service with buses ready to collect us. The only issue was that when we got to the car the battery had gone flat which must have been Airparks fault as the car had been moved from where we left it. However, again this was sorted out fairly quickly. "

  " I use airparks on a regular basis and the service has always been fantastic. I am a little disapointed that on arrival to collect my car to see how other customer cars were being treated. If I was to see my car being raced around the car park without a care in the world when a bus of young families were wondering around the car park I certainly wouldn't be impressed. My car is one of my most valuable possessions and it should be treated with respect whilst in your care! "

  " Hi there you need to update your map at Luton Airport on your card handout it took us nearly 45 minutes to eventually find the allocated meet and great area as the layout of the airport has changed since you printed it. No fun at 2am with a 6 year old. "

  " Fantastic service from the staff in the car park but the bus drivers let them down. On are return from Luton my friend was standing having a coffee while we where waiting for one of your buses. When he turned up he Rudly said she was not allowed to drink it on the bus and decided to point out the sign to me so everyone could hear. there was no need for the way he acted. We had not seen any sign as we where standing at the front of the bus when he pulled up and there was no need for him to talk to me like that. Of course I can read the sign. "

  " Quick drop off and pick up of the keys.
  Although our car was filthy upon pick up after 3 days at the car park (has been valeted just before dropping off) and no one cared.
  Someone played with the interior gadgets- head up display, A/C and the radio, not something I would expect when leaving a car at the car park. "

  " Very easy system for checking in and out. However when 2 of you are disabled, walking with sticks, and the driver does not help with the luggage, it makes life extremely difficult. When we park at Gatwick the drivers are always very cheerful and always lift our luggage on and off the bus. We will not be using Luton Airparks again "

  " Ease of parking and getting to the airport.
  However on return the barcode attached to the keys wouldn't let us out. We kept trying and calling for assistance. No one answered. As we were holding up other people trying to exit we had to come out of the queue and go back to the hut. The female colleague was dealing with another customer when I walked in. On finishing with him she then tidied her desk, leaving me waiting. I asked for some help and was told ' I thought you were together'. I told her that we couldn't get out and had been calling for help. She said to go back to the gate and she would let us out. When we got there we had to wait and again ended up calling for assistance before the barrier was finally raised.
  Not something you need in the early hours of the morning. "

  " The driver from airport to car park on Sunday 6th August was brilliant & provided terrific service on a full bus of customers - brilliant.
  Suggest quick external clean of car as part of package as they are always pretty dusty & dirty after standing in car park. It would be a nice touch although probably challenging to deliver on. "

  " Checking in is quick and easy with pleasant, helpful staff on hand if needed. Only 1 negative - just got to the pick up point on way back and bus pulling away so had to wait about 20 minutes for the next one, but good overall. Thanks ES :) "
