  " Key check-in and recovery very quick and efficient, convenient reliable shuttle service. Unfortunately upon return, a parking bollard was placed in front of the car which I didn't see as we approached the car from the back and,therefore, I drove over the bollard !! "

  " Convenient drop off.My wife uses a wheelchair and the bus ride in was causing her to slide around.The lighting could be a little better,when collecting your car it's not bright enough to inspect it properly. "

  " All went very well. We just missed a bus to the airport but the next arrived promptly 20 minutes later. On return back the bus was waiting at the airport and it was a very easy system to pick up keys. The only reason I didn't give 10/10 was the footwell on the drivers side was quite muddy, whoever brought the car back to reruns section clearly had very muddy shoes. "

  " Efficient organisation, especially collecting the car keys apart from not being forwarned that the key tag was needed to exit the barrier. We could easily have thrown it away. It was a frantic scrabble to find it at the barrier. Perhaps it was written on the tag but who reads a tag when collecting keys? "
