  " The car was in one piece, always a worry when you leave the keys!
  The whole process was nearly as efficient as off site parking can ever be, dropped car at 3am and was bused straight to the airport. Unfortunately staff "helped" me book in, logged the wrong return flight then didn't amend it as promised so the car wasn't ready when we returned. This was rectified with an apology in about 15 mins. "

  " Easy to drop off the car and catch the bus to Luton airport for our departure, however we booked the meet and greet service for our return and had problems. Firstly we couldn't get through on the phone to let them know we had returned (It was finally answered on the 4th attempt)and then the map and directions we were given didn't match up with the Luton airport meeting point and we had to phone up again to get instructions. It would have been easier to catch the airparks bus which was waiting outside the arrivals exit. We landed at 4.30 and finally left the airport about 6pm! Having said that, all the staff were very helpful and polite and friendly, but we will definitely not be booking the meet and greet again, just catching the bus back to the airparks carpark. We have always been happy with the service from airparks so were disappointed that having traveled through 4 countries on planes, trains and ferries this was the only problem we had on the whole holiday. "

  " The Luton airport service is good. The booking in and out system is all automated now so much quicker. Always annoyed that I have to input my return flight number on booking in, they could collect this when I book. "

  " Great help when checking in and a fast collection of keys so I could get on the road straight away. However row L of the car park was very tight and it did take a while to get the car out without hitting other cars around me. "
